How to manage members in your workspace
FortKnoxster Business allows admins to manage their members seamlessly.
To manage members simply open your app and enter the Admin tab, then you will be shown with the current Member information such as Name, Email, Status, Date registered and company role.
To change the company role, choose the member you want to change the role and then click the three dots to expand other options, then choose the new role.
Once changed the role, the system will automatically update the role and will send a notification email to the member.
To activate the new member role, the user must sign out and sign back into the platform.
If you have several users in your workspace and you want to manage their roles or just get a glimpse of status, you can use the advanced filtering option in the search bar. It will show you extra filters for quick search.
